Ready to add a little spook (and a lot of fun) to your dog’s style? Our Halloween UV-printed Biothane collars bring festive flair with bats, pumpkins, candy corn, and more. We’ve partnered with CopperState UV Printing to deliver high-quality, vibrant prints on genuine USA-made Biothane—so you get the same durability and waterproof performance you know and love, with a seasonal twist. Whether your pup is rocking candy corn cuteness or classic black-and-orange vibes, these collars are made to last long after the trick-or-treating is over.

These special printed biothane pieces are ordered specifically for your collar. Please allow 3-4 weeks of production time for these collars!

We know it can be overwhelming to order such a unique piece for your dog. We suggest opening a second window of the listing and following along with the step-by-step instructions.

Step One: Collar Type

Classic Buckle - a traditional buckle collar with 5 holes for adjustment
Quick-Release - a fixed length (non-adjustable) collar made to your exact measurement. All quick-release buckles are black.
COBRA Quick Release - a fixed length (non-adjustable) collar made to your exact measurement. Available in FM or Pro Style.
Slip - a traditional slip collar that slides of over your dog’s head

Step Two: Collar Width

We offer these collars in 3 sizes - 3/4”, 1”, and 1.5”.
Don’t worry, you’ll choose your pattern or color once we add the collar to your cart!

Step Two: Accent Layer

An accent layer sits underneath the main collar, and is one size wider than your collar. These printed collars look especially amazing with an accent layer! The beauty of the accent layer is that it adds a polished look without too much bulk - it makes the main portion of your collar slightly wider, but uses the smaller size buckles.

For a ¾” collar, the accent layer is 1”. 

For a 1” collar, the accent layer is 1.5”.

Accent layers are not available on Slip Collars, or 1.5” collars. (For a 1.5” collar, there are select biothane colors available for a 2” layer - this is not an option on this listing, but please contact us to discuss a custom order if you are interested!)

Step Three: Fi-Compatibility

Any collar can be made Fi-compatible (Series 3/3+ only). Once you add the Fi Compatibility to your cart, you will choose your Fi Keeper size (¾” or 1”) and color. Fi Keepers are only available in solid colors, not prints. 
For the new Fi Series 3+, Fi recommends the in-line design so that the Fi device touches your dog’s neck. For that reason, we don’t recommend a layer addition for the Series 3+ if you want to take advantage of the new Behavior Monitoring. The Series 3+ will still absolutely work in the on-top design for tracking and fitness!

Hardware:
We offer three great choices:

Stainless Steel – the ultimate in tough

Solid Brass – may patina over time, will not chip or rust, may leave gray marks on light-colored fur

Matte Black – extra durable PVD finish, resists chipping and scratching, but may wear off over time

Strap Keeper Color:

Strap keepers only come on Classic Buckle collars (if you selected Quick-Release, COBRA, or Slip, you’ll choose the Not Applicable option)
These are available in solid colors only. If you’re worried about what color will match your print, don’t worry! Select your best guess, and you can write a note in the Additional Notes box!

Collar (Print or Color):
Here’s where the fun starts! Choose the pattern or color for your collar. Why do we have plain colors listed? Some clients want a solid color collar, with the printed accent layer underneath. In the drop-down menu, you’ll see a list of all the Halloween prints, along with all of our biothane solid colors. The prints can be previewed by scrolling through the photos on this listing. Accent Layer (Print or Color):

If you purchased an accent layer for your collar, you’ll use this drop-down to select the print or color. If you didn’t purchase an accent layer, keep the selection as N/A.
If you’re worried about what color will match your print, don’t worry! Select your best guess, and you can write a note in the Additional Notes box!

COBRA Buckle Type:
We offer several sizes and types of COBRA buckles. If you purchased a COBRA buckle collar, select the width that matches your collar, and the type you want. If you didn’t purchase a COBRA buckle, keep the selection as N/A.

Fi Keeper Width:

If you purchased Fi-Compatibility for your collar, choose the width for your Fi keepers. The Series 3/3+ will fit both 3/4” or 1” keepers. If you didn’t purchase Fi-Compatibility, keep the selection as N/A.

Fi Keeper Color:

If you purchased Fi-Compatibility for your collar, choose the color for your Fi keepers. Only solid colors are available. If you didn’t purchase Fi-Compatibility, keep the selection as N/A.

Collar Measurement:

Each collar is made specifically for your dog, and we want it to be a great fit! We recommend measuring a current well-fitting collar that your dog wears: https://youtu.be/kYGVFCOmuV0

This is not the length of the entire collar, but the size that fits comfortably on your dog’s neck. Your collar will be made to that exact measurement - our Classic buckle collars offer 5 holes so the collar can be adjusted, but are quick-release collars are a fixed length and do not adjust.
Slip collars need to slide comfortably on and off your dog’s head, so for dogs with larger heads, the collar will sit more lose on the neck.

Quick-Release Details:

PRINT Collection Details:
Check the box to confirm you understand it is your responsibility to double-check the name of the print you are ordering. Refunds will not be given if you accidentally select the wrong print. But we will always correct any mistakes that are due to our error.

PRINT Collection Production Time:

Check the box to confirm you understand that our PRINT Collection takes 3–4 weeks to produce, regardless of the standard production time listed on our main page. We work hard to get every custom order out as quickly as possible, but since each printed Biothane piece is ordered specifically for you, production time is a bit longer than usual.

Multiple Collar Details:
If you’re ordering multiple collars in one order, and they have engravings, use this space to let us know which engraving belongs on this collar. Ex: Maple’s collar
If you’re not ordering multiple collars with engravings, you can leave this spot blank.
Engravings are a SEPARATE LISTING on our website. If you want an engraving/nameplate on your collar, you’ll add that listing to your cart as well.

Any Additiona Notes:
This is a space for any additional notes about your order!
With so many print options available from Copper State, we don’t have an example of every combination on hand. And we know you want your print and solid color combo to look just right. For example, let’s say you choose the Sea Turtle print with a Teal accent layer. If you’re aiming for the best match possible, you can leave a note in the box that says something like: “Please substitute Teal for the best match with Sea Turtle, if needed.” Once we receive your printed Biothane, we’ll compare it in person with our stocked colors. If we find that another shade—like Peacock—coordinates better, we’ll make that adjustment for you so your collar looks amazing.
