Fable - ADOPTED!Fable stole our hearts from the beginning and became best friends with our dog Charlie. She struggled with fear and reactivity - but with the help of our pack and lots of exposure to new things, she made great strides. Betty - ADOPTED!When Betty’s original foster could no longer care for her, our family stepped in to offer her a home! This young pup quickly had an application so we knew we wouldn’t have her for long. But her sweet and loving personality made it terribly hard to say goodbye. She’s loving her new home and running zoomies around the pool!

Billie - ADOPTED!Billie stole my heart from the beginning, but she was an incredibly shy dog with a lot of trust issues. We took it slowly with her and let her experience safety, comfort, and routine. As she bonded with me quickly, I was devastated to say goodbye. But preparing dogs for their forever home in our family’s goal, and in spite of the grief, we get to open our hearts to other dogs that need help.

Rosie - ADOPTED!Our very first foster, and a bit by accident. Rosie was struggling at our local shelter, Sammie’s Friends, and a kind volunteer would take her home on the weekends. We were asked if we could cover a weekend of watching her, and we couldn’t send her back to shelter life! She was adopted by a wonderful family and gets to go camping and on so many adventures. We also get to dog-sit her when her family is on vacation and we love having her around!
